Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Prepaid Orders

For orders paid online using UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or other online payment methods, approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds cannot be processed in cash. Approved refunds will be transferred via:

• UPI

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details or UPI ID to receive their refund.

Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
